Site Survey
 Because each of our sunrooms
and patio enclosures is custom built for your site
and your usage requirements, we must schedule an appointment to visit your home
where we will take a site survey, discuss your desires, and
answer your questions. This is your opportunity to see why Qualified
Remodeler magazine considers Betterliving®

products for your home out of thousands available. This on-site
survey is free of charge or obligation.
Design
 At the site visit, our consultant will work with you to
custom design the screen room, three season patio room, or four season sunroom of your dreams. You will have the opportunity to
review photos of other Betterliving®
Sunrooms, and talk to or visit with other Betterliving®
customers who might provide you with ideas for your room. After the design is finalized, we will provide you with a to-the-penny price for your
room.
Financing
 If you would like to finance your
sunroom, you may use your
own lender, or one of our speedy lending partners. In most cases, you may
finance up to 100% of the room's value, and even combine the sunroom or porch
enclosure with a bill
consolidation loan. Under most circumstances, interest can be deducted
from your taxes, and some of our lending partners will make loans even if you
have little or no equity in your home. It's as simple as filling out one
loan application. We will submit it to multiple lenders and offer you the
best program for your particular requirements. Financing

worked with just about every possible situation. We don't use
subcontractors, and we will arrange for all permits and inspections. After
